LM-60 Liquid Applied Urethane Rubber Membrane

LM-60 liquid applied urethane rubber is a water resistant, two component, fifteen to one ratio by volume, 100% solids elastomer. It is designed for application on horizontal, vertical and/or low slope surfaces, yielding a 1/16" thick membrane.

Intended as high build buried membrane waterproofing on:

  • Concrete
  • Metal
  • Plywood
LM-60 has excellent durability up to 150 degrees F. LM-60 is self leveling on horizontal surfaces, but must be flat troweled to a smooth finish on vertical surfaces. LM-60 needs a protection course before being covered by either earth, concrete, or mortar bed.
