Monterra

Monterra subdivsion is located on the north slope of the Happy Valley Bowl, east of 145th Ave. It is located on property previously owned by Arlo and Jean Thompson. Around 1975 Arlo sold the 8 acres to a Milwaukie, Oregon family. They maintained it as pasture land until about 1998 when it was sold to Joan Qwok who developed it into current day Monterra subdivision.
